Suppliers upload their price lists; Janitrak shows what changed and the real price per roll, litre or bag. Orders need approval, deliveries are received against them, and stock is tracked by site.

What you get
- Supplier price lists, compared per unitExcel, CSV or PDF. Every change is shown before you accept it, and the cheapest supplier per unit is used for reorders.
- Purchase orders with approvalThe person who raises an order cannot approve it. Approved orders go to the supplier portal or by email.
- Supplier portalSuppliers confirm orders, post ship notices, send invoices and upload price lists. Their logins are free.
- ReceivingReceive against the order; refused, extra and damaged goods are recorded, and stock goes up once.
- Stock by warehouse and site, in any unitOrder in cases, count in rolls. Counts, transfers, dispatch to sites and write-offs keep the numbers honest.
- Supply requests from sitesA cleaner asks for supplies in the app; the office approves and dispatches.
- Reorder from low stockDraft purchase orders appear when stock falls below the reorder point.
- Safety data sheetsAn SDS attached to a product shows for every site that uses it, in the janitor app.

Do suppliers need to join?
No. The supplier portal is optional; you can enter price lists and receive by email instead.
Can we track stock at each customer site?
Yes. Stock by location covers your warehouse, vans and sites, with counts and transfers.
