Yes. Open shifts show in the janitor app under Schedule, and the office approves the claim.
What happens when someone calls in sick?
Mark the shift as needing cover. Janitrak lists who is free, under their hours and knows the site; one click assigns them and the app tells them.
Is scheduling included in every plan?
Yes. Scheduling, the janitor app, inspections and the customer portal are part of Operations, the base plan.
