Questions
Does Janitrak run payroll?
No. Approved hours are downloaded for your payroll provider; payroll itself stays with them.
Are timesheets included in Operations?
Timesheets, approvals and the hours download are part of Operations. Employee files, onboarding and certificate alerts are the HR add-on.
Is Ontario compliance built in?
Ontario rules the system knows are shown where they apply: WSIB clearance validity, ESA electronic-monitoring policy reminder, overtime after 44 hours a week.
